Anahí:

Anahí was born on May 14, 1983 in Mexico city, Mexico. She started her career in 1988 in the Mexican program "Chiquilladas". While she was a child she participated in various movies such as: Había una vez una estrella (1989), Nacidos para morir (1991) Ganador, El (1992) and Ayudame compadre (1992).She proved she was a very talented actress, and also participated in many local soaps during her childhood: "Muchachitas" (1991), "Ángeles sin paraíso" (1992), _"Madres Egoístas" (1993) , “Alondra”(1995), "Tu y yo" (1996), "Mi pequeña traviesa" (1998) and "Vivo por Elena" (1998).Anahí also pursued a career as singer and recorded 3 albums: "Anahí", "¿Hoy es mañana?" and "Baby Blue". After filming other Mexican soaps she got her first leading role as sweet and innocent Jovana Luna Guerra in the Mexican series "Primer amor... a mil por hora" (2000).Soon after, Anahí managed to recover from an eating disorder from which she had been suffering while filming the series. She proved to be perfectly well when she entered the Mexican hit series "Clase 406" (2002), where she portrayed Jessica Riquelme. In 2004, she was invited to be the leading actress of the Mexican series “Rebelde” (2004), where she portrays Mía.

Dulce María:

Dulce Maria Espinoza Saviñón started her career when she was only a little girl, doing commercials. At age 8 she was part of a show for kids called Plaza Sésamo and shortly after, started at El Club de Gaby.Dulce Maria started singing in 1996 with the band Kids, that made success with songs like, "La Mejor De Tus Sonrisas" and "Prende El Switch".In 1999, she quit the band and started singing with Daniel Habif, her boyfriend at the time, who is also a former member of Kids. Together they started a project called D&D, but for unknown reasons the project fell through.In 1997 she entered for the band Jeans during a big event called "El Palacio De Los Deportes". The best time for her inside this band was when one of the band's members, Angie, quit. And then, they released the album 3:45 (Cuarto para las cuatro). In 2002, Dulce left the band to be part of the cast of Clase 406; it was her first opportunity to be the lead actress.In 2004 she joined the cast of Rebelde, where she was one of the lead actresses, playing Roberta Pardo. And during this world-wide success, she and her friends Alfonso "Poncho" Herrera, Anahí, Maite Perroni, Christopher Uckermann and Cristian Chavez started the band RBD, which is also a world-wild success.


Mayté Perroni:

Mayte Perroni was only eleven months old when she and her family moved to Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco in Mexico.Mayte Perroni's father, Javier Perroni, was transferred to that city by his job, where the Perroni family lived for twelve years. Mayte Perroni has two brothers; Adolfo, who is three years younger, and Francisco (Paco), who is nine years younger than she.Mayte Perroni , or "Mai" as her closest friends call her, studied acting in Televisa's Centro de Educacion Artistica (CEA) in the year 2000 coursing two years of the three years program.Mayte Perroni's claim to fame is the hugely succesful Mexican telenovela for the young called "Rebelde" or rebeld portraying Lupita Fernandez. Also one of the lead singers for rock/pop band called RBD.RBD, and Rebelde is a phenomenum all the way from Mexico to Brazil where they fill stadiums, and create extasis, and craze among people in 20's as well as teens.


Christopher Uckermann:

Christopher Uckermann was born to a Mexican father and a Swedish mother. He started his acting career when he was just 3 years old in TV commercials. Then, he was casted for his role in El diario de Daniela the successful 1999 telenovela. He also starred in Amigos X Siempre in 2000 ironically as a rich preppy boy too. In 2001 he acted and wrote the theme song for the telenovela Aventuras en el tiempo (2001).
His most important role came in 2004 when he obtained a role in the telenovela Rebelde playing Diego Bustamante, a student in a prestigious prep school -the best in Mexico D.F.- "Elite Way School", with dreams of becoming a musician. The success of this production was such that it is still in production and the vocal group RBD spinned-off from the television series. He has recorded many albums with RBD selling millions of records as well as toured with the vocal group across Mexico, various South American countries (including Portuguese speaking Brazil), the United States, Spain and other latin counties. Although the band started off completely in Spanish, their success has prompted them to produce albums in Portuguese and English. Christopher dated his co-star Anahi and ended it.

Alfonso Herrera"Poncho":

Alfonso (Poncho) Herrera (born 28 August 1983) is a Mexican actor and singer known primarily for performances in Mexican telenovelas. He is also a member of the telenovela-derived music group RBD.
As a kid, Alfonso, or Poncho as his friends called him, dreamed of becoming a pilot and wanted to move to San Antonio, Texas to enroll in an aviation school. He had also shown an interest in acting at an early age, and therefore he entered the Centro de Educación Artística run by Latin American media giant Televisa. Following this training, he worked profesionally in the theatre, including performances in Las Brujas de Salem (2001), Como matar a un ruiseñor (2001) and Antigona (2001). In 2002, he was cast in the film Amar te duele, and from there moved into television, working in the telenovelas Clase 406 and Rebelde.
Alfonso is a member of the band RBD, formed by actors from the telenovela Rebelde. He is widely regarded as a heartthrob on the show and in the band, and his character Miguel's relationship with Mia is featured constantly. Alfonso dated Dulce María, an actress in Rebelde and also a member of RBD. Rumors are currently saying that the couple is back together again.
On July 13, 2006, Alfonso won the Esta Buenisimo and El de mejor Estilo awards during the Premios Juventud award show which aired on Univision. He also won awards at that show with his group RBD.

Christian Chávez:

Christian Chávez (born José Christian Chávez Garza on August 7, 1983 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico) is a Mexican singer and actor best known for his role as Giovanni Mendez Lopez in Rebelde.
The success of Mexican soap Rebelde led to the band RBD, which is gaining success in the United States. Although Chávez became famous with Rebelde, he appeared in another popular telenovela, Clase 406 as Fercho along with his Rebelde co-stars Dulce María, Anahí, and Alfonso Herrera.
Chávez is well known for his hairstyles and colors; it has been blonde, red, orange & yellow, purple, hot pink, bleach blonde with hot pink highlights, bleach blonde a second time and hot pink once again.
